ROAR licensing

The create-roar-app program, associated documentation, and all ROAR assessments administered by Stanford's Brain Development and Education Lab (BDE Lab) are licensed under the Stanford Academic Software License For ROAR™, the text of which is included below. If you are a member of the BDE Lab and are authoring a new ROAR assessment, you should also adopt the Stanford Academic Software License for ROAR™, which is the default behavior of create-roar-app.
